Acceptance Of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the KRYA website, KRYA Sales mobile app, and the KRYA web platform. By accessing or using KRYA, including OTP-based onboarding and organization setup flows, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

Service Scope

KRYA provides software and digital workflows for real estate operations, including website lead capture, CRM, project inventory, layouts, bookings, payment tracking, communication, reporting, site-visit support, and related business workflows. Features may change over time and may differ by plan, deployment, geography, or integration setup.

Accounts And Access

• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information during signup, OTP verification, onboarding, and workspace setup.
• Creating an organization workspace or owner account means you are responsible for the configuration, administration, and lawful use of that workspace.
• Organization administrators are responsible for managing user roles, access levels, permissions, and data visibility inside their workspace.
• We may suspend or restrict access if we detect security issues, fraud, abuse, or material violations of these terms.

Acceptable Use

• You may use KRYA only for lawful business purposes and in line with applicable privacy, telecom, consumer, and data-protection laws.
• You must not misuse the platform to send unlawful spam, infringing content, deceptive communications, malware, or abusive traffic.
• You must not attempt to interfere with the platform, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected components, or access data that does not belong to you.
• You are responsible for obtaining any customer notices, consents, or permissions required for your use of CRM, messaging, calling, recordings, site-visit location workflows, buyer document collection, or payment-proof collection.

Customer Data And Content

You retain responsibility for the data, files, documents, and communications your organization submits to KRYA. You represent that you have the right to use that content and to instruct us to process it on your behalf for service delivery.

• You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of your uploaded data and operational records, including lead details, buyer documents, agreements, recordings, and payment evidence.
• We may process customer data to host, secure, transmit, back up, troubleshoot, and improve the KRYA service.
• We may remove or restrict content that violates law, these terms, or the rights and safety of others.

Communications, Integrations, And Third Parties

Some KRYA features depend on third-party services such as messaging, telephony, notifications, hosting, payment onboarding, or document-processing tools. This can include WhatsApp, TeleCMI, LiveKit, Firebase or device-notification services, payment onboarding providers, and email infrastructure when those features are enabled in your workspace. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the third party's own terms, policies, and service availability.

Shared Links And Public Pages

If your organization uses KRYA public portfolio pages, share links, or website lead forms, you are responsible for the content presented there and for your follow-up on the leads or customer information submitted through those pages.

Intellectual Property

KRYA, its software, branding, website content, and related materials are owned by Vegyanic, KRYA, or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for your internal business operations.

Availability, Changes, And Support

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. While we aim for reliable availability, KRYA is provided on an evolving software basis and may occasionally experience downtime, maintenance windows, bugs, or integration interruptions.

Disclaimers And Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KRYA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing business outputs, customer records, and compliance obligations before relying on them operationally.

To the extent permitted by law, Vegyanic and KRYA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using KRYA at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access creates security, legal, or operational risk.
